APPOINTMENTS
We have made requesting a home visit appointment a simple process. Either email, phone or fax us the patient(s) demographic information, and we will then verify the patient's eligibility and proceed to schedule the patient's home visit. Home Foot Care, Inc. provides non-emergent foot and ankle care. Please contact 911, primary care doctor or ER for any urgent conditions. However, we always do our best to schedule non-emergent patients as quickly as possible. Appointment wait time can vary depending on practitioner availability and location. Please feel free to contact our office to check the status of your referral.

Home Foot Care, Inc. accepts Medicare, PPO, cash prices available. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier
